Mega Millions reveals winning numbers for $1.28 billion jackpot







The Mega Millions jackpot is valued at $1.28 billion in Friday night’s draw. According to Mega Millions, $747.2 million in cash (excluding taxes) will be the second-highest prize in gaming history. The biggest jackpot in gaming history was $1.537 billion in 2018, and winning tickets were sold in South Carolina.



The second-biggest prize after Mega Millions was $1.05 billion in 2021, with winning tickets sold in Michigan. The current jackpot is the third-highest jackpot in U.S. lottery history after the 2016 Powerball lottery in California, Florida and Tennessee recorded $158.6 million.



The final Mega Millions draw was held on Tuesday and the winning numbers were 7-29-60-63-66 and the Mega Ball was number 15
 According to Mega Millions, no one took the grand prize, but nine tickets garnered at least $1 million.
