Jenifer Lewis brings energy, joy, dancing to star unveiling on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Jenifer Lewis is a performer, entertainer, maker, fanatic and oneself communicated “Mother of Black Hollywood.” She can now add one more title to her long resume: Hollywood Walk of Fame honoree.
Lewis introduced, smiled, laughed and addressed some more as she allowed herself to thoroughly participate in the unveiling administration, and require in the critical second in a calling crossing numerous years.
“I’m appreciative that I was perceived for my work since I never gave 100% — I gave 2,000,” Lewis said.
Lewis is generally well known to various for her new position as “Ruby” on “dim ish.” She’s right now featured on the series, “I Love That for You.” She’s similarly an outstanding voice performer, including “Vehicles” and “The Princess and the Frog.”
Performer and boss Debbie Allen figured out Lewis is a star, somewhat, since she “transmits energy, light and mystery.”
The capability also had its serious side. Lewis talked about finding the fortitude to say three very amazing words when she learned she was bipolar.
“I need help,” Lewis said from the stage.
“I’m blissful you managed me, so I’ll be on my skin to record this,” she later told Eyewitness News.
